    1. First step is you must be sure you are not pregnant. Next step is to consult a gynecologist to investigate causes of your amenorrhea/ oligomenorrhea. It could be due to hormonal problems or maybe Pcos. A gynecologist can help u investigate, and thereafter give you treatment for any diagnosis you may have
